A session with me includes active and static stretching with influences from other therapies such as acupressure, massage, myofascial release, and mobility work. Some clients prefer to have a more relaxing and restorative session on the table while others prefer to be more involved and enjoy an energizing session.

My clientele encompasses all different types of bodies; from athletes to former athletes, ages 7 - 93, paraplegic to pregnant, those working long hours in compromising office chairs and those hoping for relief after a long flight.
I build connections with clients; taking into consideration that not one person’s needs are the same.

From muscles to tissues to facia, your joints and bodily systems as a whole will improve in function, form and movement patterns when you strengthen and lengthen.
We can improve range of motion, prevent future injuries and support the capacity for higher performance with stretch and mobility work. Muscle tightness, aches or pain, movement restrictions and muscle distortions can be addressed during a session.

This event is for anyone interested in learning more about my stretch practice, loves a cardio sculpt workout and meditating with healing sounds. I will be hosting a dynamic warm up as well as demo stretches throughout this workshop with two other professionals who will help guide us to a strong body and mind.

FAQs
What do I need to do to prepare?
Depending on what you want to work on, you may or may not need to prepare much if at all. Generally, it is a good idea to take a brief walk so that your body is warmed up. And I ask that you check in with your doctor beforehand, especially if you have had a recent injury or any surgeries.
Can I book a session if I have a flare up of sciatica?
You can, in fact it is highly recommended for people going through sciatica to stay in motion. Stretching, mobilizing and low impact movement, such as walking are great ways to alleviate symptoms and fight off stiffness. We will move slowly and stay in communication throughout the session in the event that sensations of pain are felt so as to not aggravate sciatica symptoms.
What do I need to bring to the session?
For our session, I will ask that you dress comfortably, have fresh socks and water at hand. With most clients, I use a table for the duration of the session, allowing the client to relax and concentrate on their breath while we find their ideal range of motion, targeting specific areas of interest.
When will I see results?
Every body is different and going through different challenges, therefore, I cannot guess when you might see results. You will, however, feel results right away. Most clients who are consistent and work on the homework provided in the document I share with them have higher success rates and long lasting effects.
